The SMM panel market has thousands of storefronts but fewer than fifty actual upstream providers. Everyone else resells. The giveaway is price cascades: when a provider moves a rate, every reseller auto-matches within minutes at a fixed markup.
The three tells
- Single-platform focus. Real providers specialize. If a panel sells 500 Instagram services and 2 Telegram services, it's a provider. If it sells 40 platforms, it's a reseller.
- Lowest price in its bucket. Providers undercut their own resellers by design.
- Price leadership. When prices move, the provider moves first.
